Smiley’s Saloon, Hotel & Kitchen in Bolinas, perched a block from the ocean, is the oldest bar on the West Coast. Smiley's is a popular gathering place for loyal customers, both local and visiting. A major restoration of the historic establishment completed in 2020 added a spacious new outdoor patio and a new commercial kitchen serving fresh Mexican Cantina style food. The hotel rooms are located behind and above the historic Saloon, which is a popular music venue catering to outstanding local and regional acts.
