About

The Museum of Sonoma County presents rotating exhibitions of contemporary art and regional history across two buildings—the historic 1910 Santa Rosa Post Office and a contemporary gallery—plus an outdoor sculpture garden. Founded in 1985, it maintains a collection of more than 18,000 objects and hosts frequent community programs in the heart of downtown. Its central location places it within walking distance of Old Courthouse Square, restaurants, and other cultural venues.
