About

KQED Live is the station’s public events series, staged primarily in The Commons—a 238?seat multipurpose theater inside KQED’s headquarters at 2601 Mariposa Street. Launched in 2021, it hosts live journalism, author talks, screenings, music and community conversations produced by KQED and partners. Set on the Mission–Potrero border, it’s a polished, civic?minded space within walking distance of neighborhood dining and arts spots.
