Founded in 1977, Frameline is a San Francisco-based nonprofit media arts organization dedicated to the development, exhibition, distribution, and preservation of LGBTQ+ cinema and independent queer media.

Three female coworkers face constant mistreatment, disrespect, and sexual harassment from their egotistical boss, Franklin Hart. After sharing their personal revenge fantasies—including poisoning, shooting, and lassoing him—a bizarre chain of events leads them to accidentally hold him captive in his own house. While he is tied up, the women take over the office, implement progressive workplace policies like flexible hours and equal pay, and drastically boost company productivity.
