Throttle was founded by Crawford in 2010, along with drummer Rich Schneider and Bassist Dave Nicholson.The addition of Mike Kottrell as frontman solidified the original line-up. Along the way, many member changes have occurred, including Tim Dreher(drums), Brian Massey(bass) and Steve Potts(bass). Today, only Kottrell and Crawford remain as original members. In December of 2011, the band was on the verge of disbanding, (with the departure of drummer Tim Dreher) when they were approached by memebers of the band "The Adapters", who asked to join Throttle as replacements for the departing members.After a few weeks of rehearsals, the band returned to the stage on March 17th, 2012 at "That One Place" in Fenton, Mo. and performed to a packed house.Look for us in the very near future at a few of our old clubs and some new ones as well.
