Rea Kapur is a multi-hyphenate writer, producer, director and comedian who centers her work on neurodivergence and mental health advocacy. She won a Producer’s Award at the 2017 San Jose 48 Hour Film Festival and her short film "Punchline" premiered at the 2022 Queer Women of Color Film Festival. She has completed programs including the Serial Storytellers program (2021), the Queer Women of Color Film and Freedom Academy (2021), and a documentary apprenticeship with YouthBeat (2022).
