Jon B. (Jonathan David Buck) launched his solo career with the 1995 debut Bonafide, whose single "Someone to Love" (featuring Babyface) reached the Billboard Hot 100 top ten and earned a Grammy nomination. His 1997 follow-up Cool Relax was certified platinum and produced enduring R&B hits including "They Don't Know" and the 2Pac-assisted "Are U Still Down." He has also written and produced for other artists and continues to perform and release music.
