Henry Diltz is a musician-turned-photographer who rose to prominence in the 1960s after performing with the Modern Folk Quartet and documenting the Laurel Canyon scene. He was the official photographer at Woodstock and has shot more than 250 album covers, including The Doors' Morrison Hotel and James Taylor's Sweet Baby James. Diltz co-founded the Morrison Hotel Gallery and has been honored with industry awards such as a Recording Academy Special Merit Award.
