Fartbarf

Since forming in 2008, Fartbarf has captivated audiences with relentless melodies, robotically tight rhythms and danceable beats through vocoders, analog synthesizers and live drums resulting in a futuristically-tinged punk rock. Publications like VICE’s Noisey and LA Weekly have taken notice and it’s just the beginning. Their 2014 debut album Dirty Power challenged the traditional sound of the top 20 EDM genre with its untamed, mid-song breakdowns and catchy melodies that catapulted Fartbarf to attention among electronic and punk fans alike. Since their last release, the group has continued to put out new music via Soundcloud while touring SoCal, including 2018’s Echo Park Rising and this year’s Moogfest. ------- Desde su formación en 2008, Fartbarf ha cautivado al público con incesantes melodías, ritmos roboticamente ajustados y ritmos bailables a través de vocoders, sintetizadores analógicos y tambores en vivo que resultan en una roca punk de tono futurista.
