Cole Berliner is a guitarist and composer who records solo material and performs as one half of Sharpie Smile. His debut solo album The Black Door was released on Drag City Records on May 29, 2026. He has worked as a session musician with artists including White Fence, Zsela, PAINT, Steven Brown (Tuxedomoon), and Angel Deradoorian and toured the West Coast in June 2026.
